Job Description

The Senior Marketing Executive; Online & Digital Marketing is a hybrid role responsible for driving brand visibility and commercial growth through two primary pillars: Social Commerce and Digital Performance Marketing. This role requires a balance of creative trend-spotting and rigorous data analysis to optimize campaign spend across the digital ecosystem.

Live Commerce Strategy & Execution:

  • Program Development: Conceptualize and manage a comprehensive monthly livestream calendar, including Run of Show documentation, promotional scripting, and exclusive product launch integrations.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the end-to-end technical execution of live sessions across primary social commerce platforms including but not limited to TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada.
  • Talent Acquisition & Briefing: Identify, vet and onboard specialized livestream hosts. Provide high-level creative direction to ensure brand voice consistency while optimizing for viewer retention and conversation.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct post-session audits to analyze viewer drop-off points, engagement rates, and attribution to sales.

High-Volume Seeding & Creator Relations:

  • Discovery & Vetting: Scour social platforms and related channels to identify potential partners. Evaluate candidates based on follower count, engagement rates, content quality, and audience demographics.
  • Content Standardization: Develop creative guidelines that empower creators to produce authentic content while adhering to brand safety standards and key marketing pillars.
  • Mass Seeding Framework: Curate and optimize a scalable logistics engine to manage the distribution of product samples to approximately 500 creators monthly, with aid from business partners where applicable.
  • Creator Lifecycle Management: Transition high-performing organic creators into formal affiliates or long-term ambassador partnerships through rigorous performance tracking.

Campaign Execution & Management:

  • Multi-Channel Strategy: Assist in the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Onsite Retail Media, Offsite Retail Media and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Stakeholder & Agency Management: Coordinate with external agencies, freelance contributors, and internal teams (e.g., sales, content, design) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Social Ecosystem & Content Strategy:

  • Content Orchestration & Scheduling: Development and maintenance of a multi-platform social media calendar . Oversee the end-to-end scheduling process to ensure brand visibility and alignment with broader marketing milestones.
  • Creative Content Production: Creation of high-impact, on-brand digital assets including drafting high-converting ad copy, compelling social captions, and providing creative direction to ensure all content resonates with target demographic.
  • Trend Arbitrage & Community Management: Proactively monitor social channels to identify emerging viral trends, platform features, and engagement opportunities. Act as the voice of the brand to foster loyalty and positive sentiment.
  • Social Analytics & Performance Intelligence: Quantify the impact of social activities by tracking key metrics .
  • Paid Social Execution: Oversee the day-to-day management of paid social campaigns . Ensure flawless execution and perform tactical optimizations such as audience refinement and creative refreshes under the strategic guidance of the Marketing Manager.

General Marketing Support:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, new opportunities, and consumer behavior insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing tools, platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives and campaigns that addresses the impact of the Digital and Online sphere.
  • Coordinate the production and timely delivery of all point-of-sale (POS) materials and physical signage for a curated selection of brands.
  • Assist the broader Marketing Team with other duties as assigned and/or required by the management.

Requirements

  • Relevant University Degree (or Diploma holder, minimum 2 years working experience in a marketing function, preferably in the Beauty industry and with focus on Live Commerce & Creator Relations)
  • Proficient in MS Office; especially with focus on Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Able to work in Central CBD area
