We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive with deep industry knowledge and expertise in the F&B sector. This role is responsible for leading brand strategy, driving consumer engagement, and elevating the market presence of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and market share.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (online and offline), ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions from concept to execution.
- Conduct market research and consumer trend analysis to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams.
- Oversee and manage budgets, performance KPIs, and ROI tracking.
- Identify and engage with strategic partners, influencers, and agencies.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with food safety regulations and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of marketing experience within the F&B industry.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-impact campaigns and teams.
