Job Summary:
Drive impactful marketing campaigns by blending strategy, analytics, and execution to accelerate brand growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Plan, manage, and optimise digital, social media, online, and offline marketing initiatives.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver marketing activities effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Support product or service launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot tracking systems to ensure accurate data collection across websites and campaigns.
- Collaborate with IT teams and developers to optimise tracking setups, resolve technical issues, and improve website performance.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for paid advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the finance or payment industry.
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3) required for effective communication with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and campaign analytics.
- Proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to execute strategic marketing initiatives effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, GA, X Ads, Hootsuite, and Bitly.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and basic HTML is an added advantage.
