Senior Marketing Executive

Job Description & Requirements

ChaPanda is a leading listed tea beverage company expanding in Singapore. We are looking for a proactive, creative and commercially minded marketer who takes ownership, brings fresh ideas and is passionate about driving brand and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches and local brand activities.

• Manage social media, content creation, KOL collaborations and digital marketing initiatives.

• Create basic marketing visuals and short-form videos using design, editing and AI tools.

• Manage marketing activities on delivery platforms such as GrabFood, including sales analysis and promotional performance.

• Proactively monitor sales performance, analyse key business metrics, identify potential issues early, and recommend actionable solutions to drive improvement.

• Analyse campaign ROI, customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

• Work closely with operations and other teams to ensure effective execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail or consumer brands.

• Strong understanding of Singapore consumer behaviour and digital marketing.

• Well-rounded skills in campaign planning, social media, content creation, basic design and data analysis.

• Experience with GrabFood or similar delivery platforms

• Comfortable using Canva, video editing software and AI creative tools.

• Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Self-motivated, hands-on and resourceful, with strong ownership and the ability to work independently and contribute ideas beyond assigned tasks.

• Mandarin proficiency is advantageous for collaboration with regional teams.

Work Arrangement

• Flexible work location, with occasional visits to stores and meetings as required.
