What You'll Do

• Lead 360° marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital & trade.

• Manage budgets and track KPIs to maximize ROI.

• Drive CSR & retail partnerships, boosting traffic and engagement.

• Elevate ecommerce strategies on Shopee & Lazada.

• Create POSM, retail displays & roadshows to enhance visibility.

• Optimize SEO & media buying for stronger digital performance.

• Provide competitor insights & consumer research to guide strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

• 3-5 years of experience in consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle marketing.

• Strong skills in digital marketing, SEO, and campaign management.

• Creative, analytical, and resultsdriven.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
