Job Summary
You will assist in managing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and foster customer engagement across digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute targeted marketing strategies to acquire new clientele and retain existing customers, driving measurable business growth
- Lead business development efforts to expand market reach and establish corporate partnerships that align with brand objectives
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations to build a vibrant community and brand ambassadors
- Oversee brand management, public relations, and communications to strengthen brand reputation and visibility
- Operate and optimize e-commerce platforms including Shopify and other e-marketplaces to maximize online sales performance
- Create engaging, relevant content that generates sales opportunities and supports marketing campaigns
- Utilize data analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and inform strategic decisions
- Support ad hoc marketing tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in implementing and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
- Skilled in social media marketing and content strategy development
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and data analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Ability to take initiative and work independently under tight deadlines
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of marketing experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in the Beauty or Retail industry
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, or related fields
- Relevant digital marketing certifications such as Facebook Blueprint or Google certifications
- Creative and strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle stress and meet tight timeline submissions
- Skills in photography, videography, and graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva
