We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Digital Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize our end-to-end digital media strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and emerging digital channels. The ideal candidate lives and breathes digital analytics, possesses a deep understanding of media buying platforms, and knows how to turn audience insights into high-converting campaigns that drive measurable ROI.
Your daily and strategic focus will center around three main pillars: strategy, execution, and optimization.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel digital media campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the digital media budget effectively, ensuring maximum acquisition efficiency, healthy ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and low CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization: Continuous testing of ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to lift conversion rates (CRO) and drive campaign efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative teams (designers, copywriters, video editors) to produce high-performing ad assets, and coordinate with product/sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Trend & Tech Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, privacy changes (e.g., cookie deprecation), and emerging platforms to keep the brand competitive.
