What You'll Do:

Branding

  • Strengthen and manage dtcpay's brand identity across all channels and markets.
  • Develop marketing materials including pitch decks, corporate collateral, and brand assets.
  • Maintain consistent messaging and visual identity across campaigns and platforms.
  • Support leadership with thought leadership materials and brand storytelling.
  • Lead brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for fintech audiences.
  • Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) narratives and thought leadership content tailored to digital payments and Web3 ecosystems.
  • Drive brand consistency across digital channels, events, and partner touchpoints.
  • Work with leadership on corporate storytelling and reputation-building initiatives.

Events

  • Lead dtcpay's participation in major fintech and Web3 events (SFF, Token2049, HK FinTech Week, etc.).
  • Manage full event operations: vendor management, booth design, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Drive high-quality engagement through demos, partner activities, and event-based campaigns.
  • Measure event performance and report on key outcomes.
  • Strong vendor network is a plus.

Partnerships Marketing

  • Support co-marketing and partnership initiatives with merchants, ecosystem partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Create partner kits, joint announcements, and aligned messaging.
  • Coordinate with Sales, BD, and Product teams to deliver integrated partner activities.
  • Manage brand approvals, communications, and marketing workflows with partners.
  • Experience driving co-marketing with fintech, payments, or Web3 ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage partner approvals and multi-party brand guidelines.

What are we looking for:

  • 35 years of experience in marketing, branding, events, or partnerships.
  • Background in fintech, Web3, payments, or technology industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience handling event execution and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in creating slides and visual materials (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva, or Figma).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Resourceful, fast learner, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Regional experience covering Singapore, Hong Kong, or Southeast Asia.
  • Understanding of stablecoins, blockchain, or digital payments.
  • Experience collaborating with PR teams, designers, or creative agencies.
  • Existing network with media, partners, or event vendors is an advantage.
