The Role
As a Senior Marketing Executive/Assistant Marketing Manager at 4Fingers, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth implementation of campaigns across all channels, while adhering to brand guidelines and contributing to local market success.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Support the development and rollout of annual and ad-hoc marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, in-store, food aggregator and traditional media channels.
- Assist in local adaptation and implementation of regional campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations.
Digital Marketing & Online Platforms
- Execute digital strategies to drive online traffic and improve performance on aggregator platforms.
- Update and maintain digital content across owned and partner platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Act as liaison with aggregator partners for campaign coordination and reporting.
Local Store & Community Marketing
- Plan, support, and attend local marketing events and initiatives to build brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with mall management and operations to support underperforming stores and new store openings with tailored marketing strategies.
- Ensure in-store marketing materials are up to date, in good condition, and properly displayed across all locations.
Creative Development & Brand Consistency
- Work closely with graphic designers and creative teams to develop marketing materials in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Provide content input and assist with art direction for local and regional marketing assets.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Branding, and Finance to align campaign activities and messaging.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors for the execution of promotional materials and local marketing deliverables.
Market Research & Competitive Insights
- Perform market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Gather competitor marketing and sales materials (both online and offline) for internal evaluation.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Assist in gathering data for campaign performance reports and monthly marketing updates.
- Monitor and report on aggregator performance and contribute to sales-building initiatives.
Aggregator Platform Marketing
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns in partnership with food aggregator platforms (e.g., Grab, FoodPanda, Deliveroo) to support promotional efforts and drive local sales.
- Monitor campaign performance on aggregator platforms, assist in reporting, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and promotional timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in QSR or F&B environments.
- Demonstrated ability to execute marketing campaigns and assist with local store marketing activities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with data.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative and adaptable, with a proactive approach to supporting marketing initiatives.
