An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to join a leading global firm in Singapore on a 6-month contract.

You will take ownership of integrated marketing and communications programmes across the region, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment.

What youll do:

As a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be at the heart of driving impactful marketing efforts across Asia. This role offers you the platform to demonstrate your expertise in B2B marketing within financial markets or related sectors while making a significant contribution to the companys growth story in Asia.

  • Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing and communications initiatives throughout the Asia region, ensuring all activities are aligned with broader organisational goals.
  • Oversee the delivery of diverse marketing programmes including events, client engagements, product launches, and sales-driven campaigns tailored to regional needs.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies such as thought leadership pieces, digital outreach, social media engagement, and creative advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across various business unitsincluding international teamsto maintain consistency with global strategy while adapting to local market dynamics.
  • Provide daily mentorship and operational guidance to a junior marketing team member based in Singapore, fostering their development and ensuring smooth execution of local projects.
  • Drive effective project management by establishing clear timelines, monitoring progress, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of all campaign elements.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, offering insights into effectiveness and areas for improvement to inform future marketing plans.
  • Manage relationships with external partners such as agencies or sponsors to maximise the impact of creative campaigns and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the organisations brand values while resonating with target audiences across multiple channels.
  • Champion best practices in marketing operations by staying informed about industry trends and integrating new approaches where appropriate.

What you bring:

To excel as a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager in this role, you will bring extensive experience gained from working within financial markets or comparable B2B sectors. Your background should include hands-on involvement in designing and executing integrated campaigns that leverage multiple channelsfrom live events through digital platformsto achieve measurable results.

  • 8 years experience in marketing and communications roles within financial markets or similar B2B environments is essential for this position.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-channel campaigns encompassing events management, product launches, content development, digital outreach, advertising initiatives, and sponsorships.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities that enable you to build trustful relationships with senior leaders across different regions.
  • Outstanding communication skillsboth written and verbalthat allow you to convey complex ideas clearly while engaging diverse audiences.
  • Proven organisational skills that support effective project management from initial planning through final reporting stages.
  • A proactive approach combined with enthusiasm for working collaboratively within cross-functional teams under minimal supervision.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is highly desirable as it supports knowledge sharing within the group.
  • Familiarity with campaign analytics tools or reporting platforms would be advantageous for tracking performance metrics effectively.
