We are looking for a hands-on, analytical, and creative Senior MarComms Executive to drive the execution of marketing communications across multiple outlets and brands including, and not limited to, food parks, cafes, hawker centres.
This role bridges content creation, social media analytics and management, performance marketing, martech execution support, community engagement, and onsite marketing operations while working closely with the internal/external team (operations, events, partners) to ensure campaigns are well-executed, optimized, and brand-aligned.
The ideal candidate is both strategic in thinking and operational in execution and should be comfortable planning campaigns, analyzing data performances, managing platforms, shooting content, and engaging audiences on social channels in real time.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Execution
. Plan, create, and publish social media content across platforms. (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms whether newly created or existing).
. Execute with on-ground content shooting for posts, IG Stories, Reels, and short-form content videos.
. Manage real-time posting during events, live gigs, launches, and activations.
. Oversee content management for on-site digital screens, ensuring timely updates of promotions, events, and brand messaging.
. Work with internal/external creative partners to adapt, refine, and localize creative assets.
. Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, visual standards, and outlet-specific nuances.
. Support integrated campaign rollouts across multiple outlets and channels.
Performance Marketing & Martech
. Support and execute paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, and other digital platforms), including tracking pixels, campaign set up, optimization, and ad account hygiene.
. Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, ROI) and deliver performance reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
. Manage updates across websites, mobile app, and digital platforms.
. Prepare performance dashboards and insights for management.
Martech& Creative Support Operations
. Manage martech tools including Meta Business Manager, tracking setup, ad account hygiene, and audience organization.
. Set up, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns within digital platforms.
. Adapt and resize creative assets manage asset libraries and version control.
. Coordinate deliverables and timelines across stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
. Support digital platform updates including website, app, and digital assets.
. SEO/SEM experience is an advantage.
Community Management & Crisis Support
. Manage daily community engagement across social channels (DMs, comments, DMs, Google Reviews, etc.)
. Respond to customer queries, feedback, and complaints.
. Escalate sensitive issues and support the MarComms team in crisis management and reporting.
. Monitor social sentiment and flag potential reputational risks early.
. Support post-crisis reporting and learnings.
Marketing Planning & Execution
. Assist in the development and execution of 360 online and offline marketing campaigns.
. Provide daily tracking, data updates, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
. Copywrite and proofread campaign materials, EDMs, and other communication assets.
. Work closely with Operations, vendors, food partners, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless rollout of initiatives.
. Assist with government-led initiatives, photoshoots, filming, food styling, and basic creatives.
. Stay updated on social, digital, and industry trends to strengthen campaign relevance.
Customer& Market Insights
. Conduct mystery audits, market research, and competitor analysis.
. Review menu performance, pricing, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for improving sales and operations.
. Measure marketing performance using up-to-date data and insights.
Food Partner & Outlet Collaboration
. Work closely with food partners to identify challenges and co-develop opportunities.
. Build strong partnering relationships to maximize sales, visibility, and brand exposure.
. Conduct regular venue visits to ensure branding and marketing standards are upheld.
Requirements:
. 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or social media roles.
. Knowledge in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (basic editing).
. Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance marketing.
. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and social insights tools.
. Experience in community management and handling sensitive customer interactions.
. Strong communicator with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
. A passion for F&B, events, lifestyle marketing, and community engagement.
. Basic mobile photography/videography and understanding of lighting, framing, short-form video editing.
