Develop and implement a marketing communications plan for the assigned brand, including defining campaign strategies, budgets, and short- and long-term marketing.
Plan, create, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, and media) - oversee media buying, press outreach, and promotional activities - with a focus on achieving target ROI and brand awareness.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and corporate identity across all communications, events, and marketing materials, maintaining a cohesive brand voice in line with company.
Create and curate compelling content (e.g. press releases, blog posts, newsletters) and coordinate the design of promotional materials for distribution across online and offline.
Oversee digital marketing channels, including the corporate website and email marketing, implementing UX improvements, SEO/SEM strategies, and Google Ads campaigns to increase web traffic and lead.
Plan and execute marketing events (such as industry trade shows, product seminars, and webinars) to showcase the brand's offerings, engage with B2B customers, and generate new business.
Manage the brand's social media presence, including content planning, community management, and analytics, to grow followers and engagement in coordination with any external agencies (ensuring paid and organic social media tactics strengthen brand awareness).
Develop sales enablement materials and tools (presentations, brochures, case studies) to equip the sales team with up-to-date product information and compelling value propositions for client.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance, tracking the effectiveness of campaigns and events (including ROI metrics), and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve future marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communications or related field of study
Proven experience of 3-5 years working in a B2B marketing communications roles, preferably in a electronic or technology related field
Technology-savvy with experience in digital and social media skills especially SEO campaigns, and lead generation campaigns
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication (written and verbal) skills across various levels of stakeholders
Excellent marketing tactical abilities and campaign management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Strong coordination skills, persistence, creative problem solving and self-motivation
Able to travel and work across the region
Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders and translation of materials.
