How The Premier League's digital media business performs a vital role in helping grow the global reach of our competition, increasing engagement among football fans while supporting our member Clubs, broadcast licensees and commercial partners.
This important new role in our Media group will play an important role in the delivery and promotion of anew digital video product for the Singapore market, working in partnership with the Premier League's media partner, StarHub.
This role, working with both the global Digital Media team in London (responsible for the product delivery, roadmap and prioritisation) and the Media Rights team in Singapore(responsible for the StarHub relationship) will be responsible for representing the product in the Singapore market, managing key distribution partnerships and go to market strategies to deliver sustainable performance and growth.
The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of digital performance marketing and strategic distribution experience, ideally within OTT, media, telco or digital subscription businesses.

All staff liaise closely with their line manager to manage their time appropriately and according to their work and team requirements.
The role
Product and Distribution
. Manage day today operational product delivery, and serve as the local custodian of the product, both directly and with StarHub:
. Act as the primary local point of contact for product-related issues, incidents, and escalations
. Ensuring quality and level of service for StarHub/all customers
. Ownership of customer contact channels, implementing relevant customer/consumer policies,understanding customer satisfaction with and from those channels
. Devising and implementing offers and customer win back campaigns as part of customer retention
. In conjunction with Head of Media Sales (APAC) build strong relationships with strategic and operational project members within StarHub.
. Support and implement centrally driven product initiatives, releases, and updates at market level.
. Manage distribution partnerships with additional platforms such as Samsung, Google Android and Apple, including in-platform opportunities for promotion, best practice and new product features.
. Monitor and optimise performance across distribution channels through ongoing partner engagement and co-marketing initiatives.
. Act as the primary point of contact for key external partners in Singapore in relation to the digital video product, working closely with the Media and Digital Media teams in London.
. Represent the product professionally with local customers, partners, and relevant external stakeholders.
. Identify,document, and escalate local market risks and operational issues to central teams.
. Coordinate with local commercial, operations, support, and legal teams to ensure alignment.
Marketing and Growth strategy
. Own the local go-to-market strategy and marketing plan for the digital video product in partnership with StarHub, including new content launches, product features and promotional campaigns.
. Coordinate digital marketing to subscribers to optimise acquisition and minimise churn,with support from the global digital marketing team based in London.
. Lead performance marketing across digital channels, including paid social, search,app stores, including the management of local relationships.
. Gather structured local market feedback, and collaborate with content, product and analytics teams to align product delivery approach with audience insights and subscriber behaviour.
. Ensure marketing and distribution activities comply with local regulations, platform policies and brand guidelines.
. Coordinate local market consumer feedback on proposition, pricing and distribution.
Requirements for the role
. Considerable experience in marketing and distribution, preferably in digital media, telco or subscription based businesses
. Proven track record of managing distribution partnerships (eg telcos, platforms) for a digital product
. Proven track record of delivering marketing strategies for subscription businesses
. Experience working in a marketing or media role in Singapore and / or relevant Southeast Asian markets, including proven understanding of Singaporean consumers
. Deep understanding of digital and performance marketing, analytics and attribution,including preferable familiarity with app store optimisation, lifecycle marketing and subscription pricing strategies
. Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen
. Strong leadership and communication skills
. Experience working in a regional or global matrixed organisation preferable
