Job Scope:
1. Marketing and Rebranding:
- Lead the rebranding of the Company, with a focus on the primary service, Child Massage Therapy.
- Develop, design, and manage Company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and online engagement.
- Develop, design, and manage Company's products to increase brand awareness and reduce carbon footprint.
- Redesign and maintain the Company's website with consistent updates and accurate information.
- Implement strategies to promote the Company, grow viewership, and increase customer engagement.
2. Ad-hor Services:
- Participate in and deliver Child Massage Therapy service after the initial training and onboarding phase when required.
- Attend and organise all necessary Company-provided training on Child Massage Therapy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Organise welfare activities to increase staff satisfation and mental wellness.
3. Customer Service:
- Support front-desk customer service as scheduled to gain insights into customer needs and Company operations.
4. Hybrid Work Structure:
- Work Duty Allocation: Employee's role is hybrid, with time divided between front-line service and marketing duties.
- Schedule: During peak hours, the Employee is expected to assist with counter customer service or perform Child Massage Therapy, while off peak period will primarily be dedicated to marketing activities, unless otherwise instructed.
- Shifts: Occasionally, employee's shift may be in the afternoons and evenings, with durations similarly allocated between front-line duties and marketing responsibilities.
