Role Overview

As a Mid-Level Data Scientist / AI-Enabled ML Specialist, you will lead the design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning models across media measurement, marketing effectiveness, and predictive modelling. This includes MMM, multi-touch and journey modelling, halo effect analysis, regression frameworks, and time-series forecasting.

You will generate insights, drive analytics-led decision-making, and front-end client discussions requiring strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. A key part of the role is also accelerating workflows using automation and generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and operationalize ML models including Media Mix Modelling (MMM), multi-touch modelling, halo analysis, regression models, time-series forecasting, and predictive modelling to evaluate campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead media measurement initiatives, providing deep insight generation and analytical narratives for clients.
  • Conduct hypothesis-driven experimentation and lift analysis (A/B testing, brand studies, holdout design).
  • Perform competitive benchmarking using external data sources (media, audience, pricing, SOV, SOS, SOM, BH metrics).
  • Integrate generative/agentic AI (LLMs, AutoML) into analytics workflows for feature engineering and insight summarization.
  • Build automation tools (Dash apps, pipelines, notebooks) to streamline analytics operations.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to productionize ML models in cloud environments using CI/CD, monitoring, and containerization.
  • Deliver compelling, insight-driven presentations to clients, simplifying complex models into actionable strategies.
  • Manage client relationships and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation setting, and consistent delivery.
  • Maintain and monitor models for accuracy, stability, and performance drift over time.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 36 years of experience in applied data science, marketing analytics, or media analytics.
