JOB SCOPE
We are seeking a dynamic and driven junior-level individual with some foundational experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have about 1-4 years of experience working on quantitative market research end-to-end, ideally on the agency-side. Having interest or some experience in qualitative research will have added advantage. The candidate will undertake the following scope of work:
Research, Analysis and Insights
- Support and work on a variety of research (e.g. customer experience, brand and communications) and data sources (e.g. surveys, secondary data, social media).
- Design or assist in questionnaire, including testing the links to ensure no errors, for quantitative research
- Review and process data that is collected to ensure high quality standards
- Prepare tabulation specifications and create report templates and charts
- Translate the data and information into insights, that will help clients make informed decisions
- Analysing and synthesising data into easy-to-understand visuals and charts
- Writing commentaries in a narrative story-telling style, including summary and recommendations.
Project and Client Management
- Assist in project setup and monitor project timelines, progress, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. operations, vendors, data science, etc) to ensure smooth and timely project completion.
- Provide periodic project or fieldwork updates to clients as well as address their queries or concerns promptly.
- Ensure processes are streamlined, efficient and consistent with the broader organisation.
- Identify risks early and proactively offer solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in related field, such as market research, business, analytics or marketing.
- About 1 to 4 years of end-to-end experience in quantitative market research on the agency-side (i.e. from questionnaire development, project management, data processing to analysis and reporting).
- Having some experience or exposure to qualitative research will have added advantage.
- Sophisticated/advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong visualization and charting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organised and able to multi-task with good time management.
- Exudes critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Possesses great soft skills and personality - approachable, candid, go-getting and collaborative.
