Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Marine and Offshore Sales Engineer to drive sales growth, manage key projects, and build strong customer and industry partnerships across the region in the Marine and Offshore Industry.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales activities to achieve annual revenue and profit targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and tenders for marine and offshore projects to meet client requirements
- Lead commercial negotiations with customers, agents, and distributors to secure favorable contract terms
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region to expand market presence
- Maintain and update a robust sales pipeline and track potential project opportunities for timely follow-up
- Lead and manage major marine and offshore projects from award through delivery, ensuring project milestones and client expectations are met
- Organize and support industry workshops, exhibitions, and customer engagement events to enhance company visibility and relationships
- Promote company solutions actively to strengthen market branding and customer awareness
- Collect, analyze, and report market intelligence and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Degree / Dipolma in Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Marine, Chemical or related)
- 3 to 5 years of Sales experience, project management or business development in the Marine & Offshore market will be an advantage
- Experience with B2B tendering, bidding and contract negotiations
- Willingness to extensive travel
