Cytek Biosciences is seeking a skilled Senior Manufacturing Technician to support and lead assembly operations in a precision manufacturing environment. The role involves ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high quality and GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish clear assembly procedures and checklists for production builds
- Lead and perform sub-assembly of optical, laser, and fluidic modules
- Review assembly work and rectify minor defects where required
- Ensure correct materials and quantities are used report discrepancies
- Maintain accurate production and manufacturing records
- Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support 6S, EHS, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering preferred
- Candidates with ITE qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or technical roles
- Experience with precision optical/mechanical assembly is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing documentation systems
- Strong hands-on mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Lean / DMAIC methodologies preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
