Senior Manufacturing Supervisor (MNC, Night Shift, WEST)

• Mentoring the production teams and applying lean methodologies to plan resources and meet production targets efficiently.
• Resolve daily material shortages & manpower issues
• Maintain and update quality management systems, procedures and work instructions.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping
• Implement productivity measurements and prepare monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing
• Min 3 - 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role
• Practical experience supervising production teams in a mass‑production environment.
• Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
• Versed in MS Office
