- Drive manufacturing efficiency through workflow optimization, layout improvements, and automation initiatives.
- Support new product introductions and technology transfers, including development, training, and qualification activities.
- Provide engineering support to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze production capacity and address bottlenecks to improve overall throughput.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards and company policies across all manufacturing processes and equipment
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing
