Our client is a leading player in 3PL. Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking for a Operations Excellence Manager to support their growing legal and project teams. They are located in the (East) - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage the latest technologies to drive operational improvement initiatives
- Develop manpower and asset planning strategies across multiple business units and accounts
- Assess risks associated with various process change approaches
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis of existing warehouse operations and processes
- Design and implement enhancements to operational policies, standards, and procedures
- Lead new project implementations and coordinate with stakeholders (Sales, HR, Finance, Facilities, IT, and Operations)
- Develop and establish new supply chain operations for clients
- Formulate and execute innovative logistics solution strategies
- Drive technology adoption and automation to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or related module equivalent and above
- At least 5 years of related experience in Supply Chain
- Experience on new project planning
