Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Laser/Photonics)

Adecco is partnering with an industry-leading laser technology manufacturing company in Singapore, in search of a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer/Senior Engineer.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-precision, high-mix photonics environment and enjoys bridging the gap between R&D prototypes and scalable, high-yield production.

As a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will develop, optimize, and maintain the manufacturing processes for laser systems, optical assemblies, and related sub-systems, ensuring reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality production outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Phonics, Mechatronics or equivalent)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in laser systems, photonics, precision manufacturing, or optical assembly
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, and test processes for mechanical, PCBA, and optical components.
• Proficient in Six Sigma DMAIC, Lean methodologies, DOE, SPC, FMEA, GR&R, and other quality tools.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
