You will lead employee wellbeing development through various programmes. You will drive culture development and employee engagement to promote employee retention.
Wellbeing Development
- Develop, promote and execute annual staff wellbeing plans aligned to Care and Joy at Work and organisational priorities.
- Translate wellbeing strategies into practical programmes, activities and campaigns that are relevant and accessible to staff.
- Serve as the HR point-of-contact for wellbeing related matters across the organisation.
- Track programme participation, staff feedback and basic wellbeing indicators.
- Coordinate and lead the submission of wellbeing awards, including data gathering, write-ups and supporting documentation.
- Participate in award presentations, site visits or interviews where required.
Physical & Mental Wellbeing Programmes
- Design and roll out initiatives that promote physical health, mental wellbeing, stress management and work-life harmony.
- Support mental wellbeing efforts such as awareness talks, resilience programmes and employee support initiatives
- Partner HR teams, internal partners and external vendors to deliver programmes effectively.
Culture Development and Employee Engagement
- Aligning with Ren Ci core values, create a positive environment by working with Leaders to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Champion Care and Joy at Work by fostering a culture of care, respect, gratitude and teamwork.
- Support HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, psychological safety and inclusive workplaces.
- Develop plans and support the implementation of strategies to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and overall performance.
- Conduct the organisation wide Employee Engagement Survey and implement the follow-up solutions.
- Track key metrics like employee retention, participation in engagement initiatives, and overall satisfaction scores to measure the effectiveness of engagement efforts.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Sciences, Psychology or Human Resources.
- At least five years of relevant experience in employee wellbeing and/or culture development.
- Experience in developing HR matrix and/or dashboard is an advantage.
- Meticulous to details, organised and have the resilience to meet strict deadlines to deliver on time.
- Strong interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights for decision making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good team player and professional at all times.
