This is a 2-year contract position as Senior Manager, Trip Admin in Careers & Global Immersion.
[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Strategic OSP Data & Analytics
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of OSP data management, from systematic collection to the presentation of high-level insights.
- Design and maintain sophisticated dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to monitor participation trends, resource utilization, and programme impact.
- Utilize data analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making and report outcomes to senior management.
- Trip Operations & Vendor Leadership
- Oversee the end-to-end administration of trips, including procurement (flights, accommodation, insurance) and financial tracking.
- Manage strategic partnerships with travel vendors and insurers, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of operational efficiency and data literacy.
- Systems Optimization & Process Transformation
- Digital Transformation: Identify and implement AI-driven or automated tools to streamline repetitive administrative tasks and enhance user experience for staff and students.
- Continuously review and re-engineer administrative workflows to eliminate bottlenecks.
[What we are looking for]
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management or programme administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Communication: stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal departments and external international partners.
- Adaptability: A proactive problem-solver comfortable with navigating digital transformation in a fast-paced environment.
