Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a hybrid role to lead the company's compensation and benefits agenda while partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

Lead the design, review and execution of compensation and incentive frameworks aligned with business strategy
Oversee annual salary and bonus reviews, market benchmarking and remuneration governance
Manage global benefits programmes, including vendor management and policy updates
Provide data-driven insights through compensation analytics, reporting and trend analysis
Drive end-to-end annual compensation cycles, ensuring timely and accurate execution
Act as an HR Business Partner to designated business units, advising on employee and organisational matters
Contribute to cross-functional and strategic HR projects as required

Role requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with strong depth in compensation and benefits
Exposure to regional or global HR environments is preferred
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Demonstrates integrity, accountability, collaboration and a results-driven mindset
