As a Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist Group C&B Leads on all compensation and benefits matters affecting the healthcare professionals job family.
- Lead C&B reviews and projects autonomously from start to finish.
- Participate in workgroups and committees to harmonise C&B SOPs and frameworks across institutions.
- Ensure salary, bonus, and other compensation components are aligned with the performance management framework and broader public sector directives.
- Work closely with institution-level HR colleagues to understand on-the-ground needs and co-create system-wide solutions.
- Jointly propose C&B recommendations with institution HR and drive them through to Senior Management approval.
- Manage C&B projects covering conceptualisation, simulation, implementation, communications, and change management.
- Monitor compensation trends, market practices, and legislative changes to keep strategies current and compliant.
- Collaborate with the Policy team to ensure HR policies and systems reflect C&B programme changes.
- Support renewal of teaching agreements, establish standard clinician teaching rates, and contribute to broader Group HR projects such as budgeting systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
