About the Role
Join a dynamic Event Programming & Management team to drive ticketing revenue and optimize ticketing operations across a diverse events portfolio. You will lead ticket sales strategies, pricing, distribution, and customer ticketing operations to maximise attendance, revenue, and overalevent performance.
Key Responsibilities
Ticket Sales Strategy & Revenue Optimization
- Develop and implement ticket sales strategies aligned with the events calendar
- Design pricing models, bundles, early-bird, and premium offerings
- Monitor demand trends and optimise pricing and inventory in real time
- Identify upselling and premiumisation opportunities
Ticketing Operations & Systems Management
- Manage end-to-end ticketing operations across multiple events
- Configure ticketing systems, inventory, seating plans, and pricing structures
- Oversee ticketing vendor coordination and system readiness
- Resolve ticketing and operational issues during sales and event periods
Multi-Channel Distribution Management
- Manage ticket sales across online, partner, and on-site channels
- Develop and maintain distribution partnerships
- Ensure pricing consistency and inventory accuracy across channels
- Identify new sales channels to expand audience reach
Marketing Collaboration & Campaign Support
- Work closely with marketing teams on ticket launches and promotional campaigns
- Support discounts, bundles, and campaign-driven ticketing initiatives
- Track campaign performance and ticket conversion rates
Revenue Forecasting & Customer Experience
- Forecast ticket sales and attendance trends
- Analyse sales performance and customer behaviour
- Manage ticketing enquiries, refunds, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with operations teams on event-day access and entry management
