Senior Manager Technology Integration APAC

DP World is seeking for a Senior Manager IT Integration who will be responsible for driving the assessment, standardization, and integration of IT environments, ensuring alignment with DP World technology solutions and standards. This role partners with infrastructure, network, and security teams as well as local and cluster IT leads to identify gaps, harmonize systems, and implement enterprise standards. The position ensures we transition smoothly into the DP World IT ecosystem, strengthening security, governance, and operational resilience, while enabling scalability and business continuity.

This is an APAC regional role, and requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, End user computing, and IT Security domains as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver efficient IT operations that enables APAC business growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assess IT posture across infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, and governance
  • Drive standardization by aligning APAC IT environments with parent company's infrastructure, security standards
  • Collaborate with Global, Regional and cluster IT teams to design and execute integration roadmaps
  • Ensure compliance and governance alignment with corporate policies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to IT integration, including infrastructure resilience, cybersecurity, and continuity
  • Support the comprehensive due diligence processes to assess the strategic fit, financial health, and operational capabilities
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the process from initial discussions to integration
  • Facilitate collaboration between different departments to ensure seamless integration processes
  • Identify and drive integration-related risks to ensure smooth transitions
  • Collaborate with other departments and colleagues to align IT initiatives with business goals
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative solutions to improve IT operations

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Certification in CISSP / CISM / ITIL / Microsoft Azure will have a plus!
  • At least 8 years+ of experience in designing, implementing and managing IT infrastructure, Azure O365 migration and tools. Experience in Active Directory, Networks, Cloud Platforms across AWS/Azure and Cyber Security frameworks (E.g. ISO 27001, NIST and CIS)
  • Prior experience from Logistics/Supply Chain will have an advantage (not mandatory)
  • Proven track record in IT integration projects, preferably in large-scale transformations
  • Hands-on experience in performing gap assessments, risk analysis and remediation planning
  • Experience in cross-border, regional IT programs, coordinating with multiple local and global teams
  • Exposure to vendor governance, compliance and risk management
