Our client is a highly regarded and progressive organisation at the forefront of digital innovation and transformation. As it continues to strengthen its talent pipeline and build a future-ready workforce, it is seeking a Talent Management professional to drive its early careers development agenda and broader talent management initiatives.

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the organisation's graduate development programme, designing structured rotation frameworks and meaningful development pathways to build future talent capabilities. Partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders, you will develop rotation strategies, identify suitable developmental opportunities and establish frameworks to ensure a consistent and impactful graduate experience.

Beyond early careers, you will contribute to broader talent management initiatives, including the development of talent identification frameworks, succession planning and talent pipeline development.

Requirements

You are degree-qualified with established experience in talent management, talent development or early careers programme management, ideally gained within large, complex organisations. You have a strong track record in programme design, structured talent development and stakeholder engagement, with experience managing graduate rotation programmes or similar talent initiatives highly advantageous. Exposure to talent identification, succession planning and development frameworks will be well regarded.
