Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Development APAC

To deliver on our purpose on making wonderful sound part of everyone's life, we are we are looking for a a Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Development APAC to lead the development and execution of the regional growth strategy across the Asia Pacific region. Reporting directly to the President APAC, the successful candidate will:

What you will do

• Develop and own the 3-year strategic plan for the APAC region, translating WSA's global ambitions into a clear, actionable regional roadmap broken down by country
• Collaborate closely with country teams to identify and prioritize key growth opportunities, ensuring strategies are grounded in local market insight and commercially compelling
• Partner with country leaders to develop tailored strategic initiatives, complete with structured rollout plans that enable consistent and effective execution across markets
• Establish and maintain a governance framework to monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, track performance against milestones and surface risks and opportunities in a timely manner
• Support the execution of strategic priorities across the region, working cross-functionally with commercial, retail and functional teams to drive alignment and accountability

What you bring
Experience

• 8+ years of experience in business development and/or strategic planning, with a demonstrated ability to develop multi-year strategies and translate them into executable plans that deliver measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience building strategic roadmaps, defining milestones and using data to assess performance and inform decision-making
• Effective external stakeholder management, with the ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with a broad range of partners, including country leadership teams, commercial partners and senior executives
• Experience in strategic governance and execution, including designing and managing reporting frameworks that provide transparency and drive accountability across a regional portfolio of initiatives
• A structured and organized approach to managing complexity, with the ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with the pragmatism needed to deliver in a fast-moving, matrixed organization
