Job Description

The role is responsible for driving the organization's distribution strategy by building a high-quality institutional ecosystem, cultivating strategic partnerships, and enabling AUM growth. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and manage outreach.
  • Establish and scale the Company's strategic distribution ecosystem across the regional markets.
  • Enable recurring AUM and revenue growth, and product penetration through private banks, EAMs, family offices, wealth platform, IFAs, institutional investors, and other strategic intermediaries.
  • Align partnership activities with broader organizational priorities.
  • Responsible for generating leads, negotiating commercial arrangements, coordinate with internal teams to deliver on partnership commitments, etc.
  • Track performance and prepare timely reports for the Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experienced establishing distribution channels that generated AUM.
  • Deep understanding of investment products and the financial institution ecosystem.
  • Strong track record in selling products to other institutions (private banks, wealth platforms, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence decision makings at management level.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
