Role and Responsibilities
Princeton Digital Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Iniatives to own the design and creation of sales collateral, content, materials, processes,and tools to drive growth and success.
Partnering with the sales team, you will develop impactful solutions for transforming the sales process to help sales people sell more effectively.
The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across sales and regional management to position the company asa leader in all markets:
- Develop a trusted relationship with the sales teams and provide all necessary materials and resources including corporate presentations, brochures etc with the right information and content, to help sales people engage effectively with customers
- Develop a good understanding of sales strategy in various regions and build enablement programs directly linked to business goals
- Understand different markets PDG's operates in and build strategic positioning of PDG's strengths from a customer's perspective
- Create/Build best practices, sales tools, market research that sales teams can leverage to maximise sales
- Build effective sales training content and onboarding programs
- Support regional teams in building GTM strategy and GTM marketing activities such as lead generation etc.
- Work with other functions within marketing to ensure alignment between sales needsand marketing activities
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Undergraduate/Graduatedegree in Marketing or other relevant discipline preferred. MBA is preferred.
- 10 years experience in the data center sector, IT sector or enterprise SaaSpreferred and 5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably with APACoperational experience
- DataCenter experience is preferred
- Demonstratedability to collaborate across regional businesses
