ASIS Technologies is a leading Singaporean enterprise with a 30-year legacy in designing and manufacturing integrated enterprise security systems. We are currently undergoing a major strategic transformation, pivoting from a legacy hardware manufacturing model into an integrated, recurring-revenue SaaS and IoT mobile access control ecosystem.
The Role
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Manager, Strategic Business to spearhead our next phase of growth. This is a transformation and succession-track role. You will not just be maintaining accounts you will be redefining our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, driving our SaaS product commercialization (IBSSweb and GoENTRA), and opening new business verticals.
Note: This position is supported by the Workforce Singapore (WSG) Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for SME Professionals. We are actively looking for mid-career professionals seeking a career switch into the Security Technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy: Design and execute the GTM strategy to successfully transition our legacy hardware sales channels to a recurring SaaS revenue model.
Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new B2B industry verticals and geographical markets for our digital and mobile credential solutions.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Bridge the gap between R&D, Manufacturing, and Sales, ensuring operational excellence, optimized supply chains, and aligned product delivery timelines.
Digital Transformation: Champion the professionalization of our internal revenue forecasting by implementing and managing digital CRM practices and data analytics tools.
Executive Partnering: Work directly with the Founders and Board of Directors to execute the company's 2030 digital expansion roadmap.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for leaders, not just managers. While previous experience in the Physical Security or Access Control sector is NOT required (comprehensive domain training will be provided), the ideal candidate must bring a wealth of transferable skills from other sectors.
Core Experience: Proven track record in B2B commercial roles (Business Development, Sales Strategy, P&L Management) is essential.
Advantageous Experience: Candidates who possess a dual background combining commercial acumen with Technical (IT, Engineering, SaaS) or Operational (Supply Chain, Project Management, Manufacturing) experience will have a distinct advantage.

Mandatory CCP Eligibility Criteria
As this role is part of the WSG Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for SME Professionals, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be a Singapore Citizen (SC) or Permanent Resident (PR).
Have graduated or completed National Service at least 2 years prior to the point of application.
Be undergoing a substantial career switch (the new job role must be substantially different from your previous role).
Must not be a shareholder, immediate ex-staff, or related to the owners of ASIS Technologies.
