We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Senior Manager, Solution Structuring and Sustainability.
Principal Responsibilities
- Derive commercialization strategy to drive uptake of structured trade and sustainable trade finance solutions and deliver target business outcome
- Develop and execute strategic workstreams with the objective of creating scalable propositions and sales infrastructure towards sustainable growth of GTS business.
- Define and implement the learning and upskilling roadmap for GTS Sales teams in partnership with country teams and subject matter experts
- Develop materials to clearly and effectively communicate GTS Sales Strategy, capability development initiatives, whilst acting as key interface with other areas of the Group, driving collaboration where possible
- Execute data analysis to formulate business and sales intelligence, and presenting the conclusion to senior stakeholders to drive actionable next steps
- Strong project management, process improvement and MI reporting skills
To be successful in this role you should meet some of the following attributes:
- Strong knowledge of Trade, with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in product management and/or project management
- Strategic thinking and high level of business acumen and commercial awareness with proven record to drive initiatives to deliver tangible results
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives with a clear focus on speed to revenue, project milestones, and risk management
- Experience with data analytics and having digital acumen is a plus.This includes analyzing both internal/external data and determining the best way to represent the conclusion to stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with experience managing stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable in a hybrid work environment and skilled at navigating challenges in dynamic settings
