About the Role
We are seeking for a Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance to oversee the Singapore compliance framework while supporting regional initiatives. This role requires a compliance professional who can interpret MAS regulations and translate them into practical processes within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Singapore regulatory compliance framework in line with MAS regulations.
- Review and update compliance policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate with stakeholders to implement required changes.
- Manage the Key Obligation Register and related controls.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Operations on compliance matters.
- Oversee regulatory filings, inspections, and communications.
- Liaise directly with MAS on compliance and supervisory matters.
- Support regional compliance initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of regulatory compliance experience within financial services.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fintech or payments.
- Hands-on experience liaising with MAS in an MPI-licensed company.
