The Senior Manager, Regional Marketing will assume responsibility for leading the success of strategic & clinical marketing across Sysmex's product lines with key internal stakeholders in Sales, Market Development, Scientific Affairs, Product Management and Corporate Marketing teams.
The Marketing Team will execute commercial strategies through extraction of key market price information to support the market development team. Marketing will actively gather competitor intel and curate the regional Win/Loss records to support dynamic market strategies.
Marketing will leverage maximum value from influential and meaningful KOLs, case studies, publications, and presentations of product operational, managerial and clinical values, in combination with customer insights data, enable sales teams to capture business expansion opportunities through actionable clinical marketing strategies.
Marketing will encourage demand and adoption of Sysmex's new and existing technology across target markets.

Business Strategy
Responsible for delivering long-term disease state value strategies with clinical practice guidelines across portfolio
Conduct Sales and Marketing Boot Camp trainings
Responsible to test and refine marketing strategies and tactics from War Games for all BU
Integrate 3P products into marketing portfolio
Responsible for delivery of clinical, managerial and operational value messaging in alignment with other teams.
Commercial Operations
Develop Reference sites and KOLs to support marketing growth strategies
Responsible for the Regional KOL list and engagement tools
Responsible to capture high value market feedback from all customer facing events
Establish engagement strategy of key customers and stakeholders through exhibition, congresses and online/ hybrid events
Responsible for delivering marketing insights across all intel sources and activities to dynamically adjust marketing tactics
Marketing

Responsible for regional annual marketing campaigns to deliver growth targets
Responsible for creating and deploying marketing tools and stories to increase value messaging across all products, workflows, and clinical areas.
Responsible for comprehensive KOL and customer list to enhance specificity of engagement across all events
Responsible for the design and distribution of all regional marketing collaterals
Responsible for the design and execution of market surveys across all events to capture VOC, market volumes and pricing, leads in as many events as feasible
Competitor Intelligence
Responsible for proactively capturing competitor intel and pricing to support the explicity needs of Market Development
Responsible for ensuring Win/Loss countermeasures concerning marketing aspects are delivered increase wins and reduce losses
Responsible for ensuring proactive monthly delivery of online Competitor insights to all affiliates and relevant business partners
Training
Responsible for structured basic and intermediate LMS training across marketing messaging and disease state strategies
Liaise across RHQs to deliver comprehensive and up to date LMS training on major competitor brands and products. Ensure Affiliate learning and competency on all materials.
Responsible for the continuous update of Competitor Fact Sheets and equivalent tools.
Responsible for regional physical workshops and role play training for CSS using Disease State strategies and competitor countermeasures to enhance sales competency.
Additional Projects
Participate in Special Projects as assigned
Represent Regional Market Intelligence in global assignments where necessary
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree
Minimum 3 years in a clinical lab
Minimum 10 years experience within the IVD / Pharmaceutical Industry
Direct experience with specific business areas such as haematology, coagulation, urinalysis.
