Coordinate with Area/QSC teams to plan and execute the Regional flow plan, identify and help solving structural challenges hindering moved as booked KPI adherence.
Monitor target stock levels for all surplus and deficit locations and engage with Areas to overcome performance challenges.
Support Area Container Flow Execution teams in supplying EQ to cover forecasted bookings.
Proactively engage with Regional and Area stakeholders to find effective solutions to anticipated challenges.
Analyse booking forecasts, imbalances, and operational constraints to optimize flows and stock levels in close cooperation with Regional Container Flow Planning & Steering and Area/QSC Flow Execution teams.
Review & optimize local processes and exceptions to global processes.
Drive systematic improvements needed to improve DAP input parameters (with Regional System Steering).
Monitor and drive S&D cost reductions related to transport & depot handling (with Regional S&D Analyst).
Champion IoT use cases, automation and Street-Turns in Areas/QSCs for the region.
Oversee and support areas with vendor management, truckers and depots
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in logistics, trucking or equipment management.
Experience in Regional operations and equipment steering.
Good understanding of both commercial and operational drivers in logistics.
Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
