Job Description
107370 | Product Management | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Singapore | Full-Time | Permanent
Entity: Allianz SE Singapore Branch
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to lead the P&C transformation agenda across the Asia Pacific region, driving Allianz towards building future-ready P&C businesses. The role is responsible for defining and driving a regional transformation roadmap — with a strong focus on AI and advanced analytics, complemented by the definition of business requirements for IT platforms and process optimisation — ensuring solutions are scalable across operating entities, covering retail and commercial underwriting, sales, and claims. The incumbent focuses on identifying and defining regional transformation initiatives that can be consistently deployed across diverse OEs, while engaging senior stakeholders to align priorities and secure buy-in. The role drives the identification, prioritisation, and implementation of transformation use cases that deliver measurable business value across multiple operating entities.
Future Challenges
Rapidly evolving AI/GenAI landscape requiring continuous adaptation of the transformation roadmap; balancing standardisation of transformation solutions across diverse OEs with varying levels of digital maturity; managing the complexity of concurrent transformation workstreams (AI, systems requirements, processes) while maintaining coherence and prioritisation; navigating regulatory developments around AI usage and data governance in insurance across multiple APAC jurisdictions; scaling successful AI pilots into production-grade solutions while managing change resistance.
What You Do

And the foundation for this is our inclusive workplace, where people and performance both matter, and nurtures a culture grounded in integrity, fairness, inclusion and trust.
