Senior Manager, Projects

1. Oversee LTAand SMRT projects in reviewing project design specifications and ensure their adequacyfor the safety, reliability, maintainability and operability. To provide otherengineering support to the projects, as required.

2. Responsiblefor his team's technical competency, safety, welfare, learning and development.He is to coach, nurture and develop his team in engineering and managementskills.

3. Responsiblefor the effective knowledge management of the systems under his charge.

4. Identify andreport any safety concerns at the workplace.

5. Undertakeany other tasks or functions that are incidental or ancillary to theperformance of the works, as assigned by supervisor:

a. Performadmin functions

b. Respond to operationsemergencies

c. Support theexecution of projects including verifying contractor's work completion,providing manpower to support project testing & commissioning, attendance to contractors, etc

d. Preparationof reports

6. Work in anySMRT line or Maintenance Depots.
