Job Overview:
The Product Owner, Manager (Senior) is responsible for owning and driving end-to-end product strategy for key product domains within 2C2P. This role works closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams to identify high-impact problem areas, define clear product visions, and lead strategic programmes from ideation through launch and scale. The position plays a critical role in ensuring strong alignment between product strategy and execution, while continuously improving product effectiveness, adoption, and innovation across the payments ecosystem.

Job Description:
Product Strategy Development & Execution
- Own and drive end-to-end product strategy for key product areas, ensuring alignment with senior leaders across business, technology, and cross-functional teams.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure impact, product effectiveness, operational efficiency, and development velocity, supporting data-driven prioritisation and resource allocation.
- Identify key problems, constraints, and blockers to product strategy, including defining impactful problem statements and removing barriers to product adoption.
- Manage and evolve product roadmaps, strategies, and best practices through iterative development, incorporating proof-of-concept (POC) learnings, market feedback, and operational realities.
Strategic Programme Setup & Execution
- Identify priority problem areas and catalyse the setup of strategic programmes to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on problem statements, north-star metrics, programme direction, and roles & responsibilities.
- Act as Product Lead for selected programmes, defining product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
- Drive the full product lifecycle within programmes, from ideation, POC and proof-of-value (POV) through launch, scaling, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure strong execution from strategy to implementation, tighten feedback loops to continuously refine strategy, and embed product excellence and innovation practices across programmes.
Product & Programme Reviews
- Drive regular product and programme reviews, providing clear recommendations and securing alignment from management and product teams.
- Establish and apply frameworks to measure product success and continuously improve product outcomes.
Job Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading complex product initiatives across multiple teams.
- Strong product management fundamentals, including problem articulation, root cause analysis, vision setting, success metrics definition, and translating business needs into realistic technical requirements.
- Experience with enterprise, backend, and data products is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on and outcome-driven, with end-to-end ownership and the ability to break complex problems into actionable components.
- Excellent communication skills across written documents, presentations, and verbal discussions, with proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and bias for action.
- Prior experience in the payments or fintech industry is a plus.
