Job Description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of our digital guest experiences across multiple channels. While the Mandai App is the primary platform under your ownership, this role is much broader than mobile—it is responsible for enabling guest experience capabilities consistently across our omni-channel digital ecosystem.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about mobile products, customer journeys and loyalty experiences, and enjoys working across Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations and Data to create digital experiences that delight guests and deliver business value.

Own The Mandai App Product

As the Product Manager for Mandai App, you'll define the product vision, roadmap and priorities to continuously improve one of Mandai's most strategic digital platforms.

  • Own the Mandai App roadmap and product lifecycle.
  • Prioritise enhancements based on customer insights and business objectives.
  • Drive feature adoption and customer engagement.
  • Partner with Technology teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
  • Monitor app performance and continuously improve user experience.

Lead Guest Experience Across Multiple Digital Touchpoints

While the Mandai App is your primary platform, you'll ensure guest experience capabilities are consistently delivered across Website, AI Agent, WhatsApp, WeChat Mini Program and future digital touchpoints. You'll lead capabilities such as:

  • Digital membership experiences
  • Loyalty and rewards
  • Account & profile management
  • Wayfinding & navigation
  • Personalised recommendations
  • Animal Spotting
  • Digital itineraries
  • Notifications & messaging
  • Guest self-service journeys
  • AI-assisted guest experiences

Drive Product Strategy & Innovation

Develop the roadmap for guest experience capabilities that support Mandai's vision of becoming an integrated wildlife destination.

  • Define product vision and strategy.
  • Build business cases for new capabilities.
  • Identify innovation opportunities.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Lead product discovery and prioritisation.

Deliver Exceptional Digital Experiences

Lead products from concept through launch and continuous optimisation.

  • Define business requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with UX/UI, Technology and Analytics teams.
  • Coordinate feature releases and UAT.
  • Measure post-launch performance.
  • Continuously optimise customer journeys using data and guest feedback.

Partner Across The Organisation

Collaborate with teams across Commerce, Membership, Marketing, Operations, Conservation, Analytics and Technology to deliver connected guest experiences.

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • Translate business needs into scalable digital capabilities.
  • Drive alignment across multiple functions.
  • Manage vendors and external partners where required.

Job Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product, Mobile Applications, Customer Experience, Loyalty Programmes, Digital Transformation or related disciplines.
  • At least 3–5 years of people leadership experience managing product or cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience owning and managing mobile applications throughout the product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development to feature delivery and optimisation.
  • Strong experience managing digital products across web and mobile platforms within an omni-channel environment.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing digital products using Agile methodologies.
