What Success Looks Like

  • Roadmaps reflect real classroom friction and workload pressure, not internal preference or technology push

  • AI productivity and reinforcement tools are used within agreed boundaries, supporting professional judgement without prescribing pedagogy
  • Pilot reviews are evidence-based, with clear documentation of adoption levels, educator confidence, and observed impact
  • Scale, refine, constrain, or stop decisions are made decisively and recorded, avoiding prolonged pilots without direction
  • Commercial extensions are packaged clearly and remain aligned with pedagogy, without adding workflow burden or creating bespoke builds
  • Cross-functional teams operate with clear role ownership and decision rights, reducing duplication and confusion
  • Stakeholders understand the product direction, guardrails, and trade-offs, and leadership discussions are supported by concise, evidence-backed updates
