Serve as the lead strategic buyer driving end-to-end sourcing, high-stakes negotiations, and agency partnerships for organisation-wide marketing and creative production.
End-to-End Strategic Sourcing: Lead large-scale RFPs and source-to-contract processes for all non-casino marketing and creative categories.
Category Ownership: Oversee purchases across media buying, advertising agencies, visual merchandising, market research, content production, and flagship experiential events..
High-Stakes Negotiations: Act as the lead negotiator driving complex supplier agreements, agency retainers, and project engagements to maximise value.
Project Leadership: Operate as a high-level individual contributor and task lead, steering cross-functional project support without administrative line management duties.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with a peer Senior Manager and the broader Procurement & Facilities Director to align outside services and media advertising production (MAP) strategies.
skills and experience required
Proven track record in end-to-end strategic procurement within the commercial sector - preferably from Hospitality, Luxury, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer-facing industries.
Strong, demonstrated experience negotiating complex marketing, media, agency, and creative production contracts.
