  • Provide procurement guidance to project teams on appropriate procurement approaches, approval processes, and specification requirements for development contracts, including complex or high-value procurement exercises.
  • Establish and enforce procurement documentation standards to ensure all tender correspondence, approvals, evaluation records, and contract documents are properly maintained, consistently filed, and audit-ready at all times.
  • Engage stakeholders and contracting parties on procurement matters, ensuring PA's positions are clearly communicated and appropriately documented throughout the procurement process.
  • Contribute to cost intelligence efforts by providing project cost data inputs to the construction cost database, supporting benchmarking and planning exercises.
  • Support process improvement initiatives within the section by identifying opportunities to streamline procurement workflows, strengthen governance controls, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency, transparency, and audit readiness.
