Senior Manager, Plant Engineering

The Senior Manager, Plant Engineering, shall be responsible for the consistent supporting and monitoring of proposal development, tracking of projects progress, and driving development of engineering advancements across group companies in Southeast Asia & India.

Key Responsibilities:

. To support and coordinate Process Plant engineering matters in SEA + India

. To support SEA + India companies on Process Plant development.

. Organize and coordinate training for on Plant engineering for SEA + India companies.

. Perform audit and inspection on process plant for SEA + India companies.

. Carry out case study and assessment on Process Plant.

. Assist SEA + India companies on Plant Technical proposal.

. Liaise with Plant makers and manufacturers.

. Consolidate data and information and prepare reports.

. Communicate with Plant Engineering in NSHD.

General Requirements:

. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or relevant field.

. 5 to 8 years of working experience on Plant Process in Gas and Chemical Industry.

. Diploma in Engineering with 5 years relevant experience can be considered.

. Willing and able to travel.

. Possess initiative, drive and able to work independently and result-oriented.

. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

. English speaking & writing skill

. Regularly communicate and present to key stakeholders and Group Engineering in NSHD on proposal development, project progress, engineering programs, safety measures and other collaborative improvement initiatives
