About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of Amogy's carbon-free ammonia-to-power projects in Singapore. This role will drive multi-disciplinary projects from R&D through pilot deployment and into commercial scale-up. You will play a critical role in developing & integrating Amogy's novel technology into real-world infrastructure, working across internal and external stakeholders to deliver first-of-a-kind scalable energy systems into Singapore's growing clean energy landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution across R&D, pilot, and scale-up phases
- Manage cross-functional teams spanning engineering, research, and external partners
- Drive project planning, timelines, budgets, and risk management
- Oversee development and deployment of pilot-scale systems and transition to commercial design
- Coordinate inputs for engineering design phases, including system sizing, integration, and controls
- Interface with EPC contractors, suppliers, and industrial partners
- Ensure alignment between technical development and commercial deployment strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, or related)
- 10+ years of project management experience in energy, petrochemical, or EPC industries; experience in hydrogen or other alternative energy sources is preferred
- Proven experience delivering complex engineering projects, preferably involving a novel component
- Strong understanding of process engineering and energy infrastructure
Preferred Experience
- Hydrogen, ammonia, or other alternative energy sources
- Pilot-to-commercial scale-up programs
- FEED, EPC execution, or plant deployment
- Experience with obtaining product certification and/or other regulatory approvals
