Get to know the Role

Reporting to the Head of Business Integration & Innovation, you will lead the People Systems organisation which manages Workday (HCM), talent acquisition (SmartRecruiters), and other adjacent people platforms. You will need a background in HR processes and the ability to translate HR challenges into technology requirements and roadmaps.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

  • Lead a team of internal and external HRIS specialists distributed across multiple APAC markets to implement and support people systems to realise HR transformation journeys.
  • Use a product mindset to co-create business and technology roadmaps with team members & GTS leadership and manage resource allocation (budgets & team) to implement vision.
  • Champion improvements for your stakeholders and GTS to improve our ability to serve Grabbers, including identifying new opportunities or technologies.
  • Partner with People Operations (Pops) and engage with other technology organisations (e.g. Finance Systems) to ensure technology needs are delivered.
  • Manage relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g. vendors, partners).

The must haves skills

  • At least 15 years of experience.
  • Be a trusted technology partner to Pops leadership where you can translate business problems into technology product roadmaps and influence business & technology teams to implement it
  • Knowledge in the full spectrum of HR processes (employee life cycle, recruitment, payroll, compensation), and managing it globally or group level.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, KPIs/OKRs, and resource management, for a team of 20+ internal and external specialists.
  • Experience developing and mentoring a team hire, team building and organisational development
  • Experience implementing SOX compliance and audit controls (COSO & COBIT) for HR systems (e.g. Change Management, Release Management)
  • Knowledge of HR-specific AI & service management applications and the ability to design interconnected environments that prevent system fragmentation (eg. MCPs, APIs).
  • Experience in product management
