Senior Manager - Partnership

We are working with a Global EOR provider looking for a Senior Manager - Partnership to join their team in Singapore.

As Partnership Manager, you will drive revenue by integrating our market-leading EOR (Employerof Record) solutions into our partners sales cycles. You will act as a strategic bridge, positioning us as the essential global extension of our partners services to ensure mutual wins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and leverage a robust network within our partners to drive consistent, high-quality lead flow
• Serve as the subject matter expert for international expansion and global hiring support within your assigned region.
• Nurture relationships with partner leadership and influencers to secure executive buy-in and high-value referrals.
• Enablement & Education: Deliver high-energy training (in-person and virtual) to sales teams to articulate the value proposition and identify client pain points.
• Bridge partner-referred leads to sales teams, ensuring transparent tracking and facilitating reciprocal opportunities.

What We'reLooking For

• Experience: 5-8 years in partner-led sales or business development.
• IndustryKnowledge: Background in HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll.
• Execution: Provenability to drive results through influence and stakeholder management.
