Position Summary
AEM Holdings is seeking a Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness to lead enterprise-wide frameworks that strengthen organizational performance, succession depth, and leadership capability across the Group. This role partners closely with senior management and HR Business Partners to embed sustainable, high-performance practices in a complex global environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and culture transformation initiatives aligned to business strategy.
- Drive change management for enterprisewide people initiatives to ensure effective adoption.
- Monitor organizational health metrics and recommend targeted interventions to improve effectiveness and engagement.
- Design and govern succession planning frameworks, talent reviews, and leadership readiness assessments.
- Partner HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify critical roles and build robust talent pipelines.
- Ensure consistency and governance in talent calibration and succession decisionmaking.
- Own the design and governance of the performance management framework.
- Set enterprise standards for goal setting, performance assessment, and rating calibration.
- Partner HR Business Partners to ensure disciplined execution across business units.
- Define enterprise learning and leadership development strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
- Oversee capability frameworks, learning vendor governance, and delivery in partnership with HR Operations.
- Assess learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years experience in organizational development, talent management, and leadership development within complex, global organisations.
- Proven experience designing and governing succession planning, performance management, and learning frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with credibility at senior leadership level.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting organizational and engagement data to drive action.
