Our client are currently seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional to support large-scale HR transformation and implementation projects. This role will focus on end-to-end data migration activities across multiple HR domains, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and successful deployment within Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud data migration activities for large-scale HR transformation projects
- Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and loading activities
- Work across HR domains including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management
- Utilize Oracle HCM tools such as HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HCM Extracts
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance throughout migration cycles
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders across distributed teams
- Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud data migration projects in complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of HR data and processes across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent
- Hands-on experience with HDL and HCM Extracts
- Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and data quality management
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Experience in consulting, system integration, or enterprise transformation environments
- Exposure to multi-country/global HCM implementations and HR data privacy considerations is an advantage
